1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the acceptable use of the MobilitySQR platform and all MobilitySQR services, including APIs, integrations, and related tools (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
All users, administrators, and authorized representatives of Customer accounts must comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, at MobilitySQR's sole discretion.
2. Permitted Use
The Services are designed for legitimate business purposes related to global mobility. Permitted uses include:
- Managing global mobility operations, including employee relocations and international assignments
- Immigration case tracking, visa management, and work permit coordination
- Tax compliance, equalization calculations, and cross-border filing support
- Relocation coordination and vendor management
- Reporting, analytics, and auditing related to global mobility programs
- Any other lawful business activity directly related to the Services' intended functionality
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Services:
- Fraudulent documentation — Uploading false, fabricated, or fraudulent immigration or tax documents
- False data submission — Submitting fabricated employee data, including fictitious assignee profiles or forged records
- Illegal immigration facilitation — Using the platform to facilitate, plan, or coordinate illegal immigration activities
- Credential sharing — Sharing login credentials, passwords, or authentication tokens with unauthorized individuals
- Unauthorized access — Attempting to access, view, or modify other customers' data, accounts, or configurations
- Data scraping — Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the platform without explicit written authorization
- Reverse engineering — Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform's software or infrastructure
- Malicious code — Uploading malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code or files
- Illegal use — Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Security circumvention — Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security controls, access restrictions, or authentication mechanisms
- Excessive API usage — Exceeding published API rate limits or engaging in usage patterns designed to degrade platform performance
- Unauthorized resale — Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Services without prior written authorization from MobilitySQR
4. Data Integrity
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data uploaded to the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, employee personal information, travel document details, and tax-related data.
Knowingly uploading false passport numbers, visa details, tax identification numbers, or other government-issued document information constitutes a material breach of this AUP and is grounds for immediate termination of the Customer's account, without refund of any prepaid fees.
MobilitySQR may, but is not obligated to, perform automated validation checks on submitted data. These checks do not relieve the Customer of their data accuracy obligations.
5. Security Obligations
All users are expected to maintain reasonable security practices when accessing the Services:
- Strong passwords — Use passwords that meet or exceed the platform's minimum complexity requirements (at least 12 characters, mixed case, numbers, and symbols)
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) — Enable MFA on all accounts. MFA is mandatory for administrator-level accounts
- Breach reporting — Report any suspected security breach, unauthorized access, or compromised credentials to info@mobilitysqr.com within 24 hours of discovery
- API key protection — Keep API keys and access tokens confidential. Do not embed them in client-side code, public repositories, or shared documents
- Session management — Log out of shared or public devices after each session and do not leave active sessions unattended
6. Monitoring & Enforcement
MobilitySQR reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP, the Terms of Service, and applicable law
- Investigate any suspected violation, including reviewing account activity, access logs, and uploaded content
- Suspend or restrict access to accounts that are found to be in violation, with or without prior notice depending on severity
- Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including the disclosure of account and usage information as required
MobilitySQR will endeavor to provide notice before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, other customers, or comply with legal obligations.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP, please report it promptly to:

Reports should include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, any relevant account information, and supporting evidence. All reports will be investigated promptly and treated confidentially.
8. Consequences
MobilitySQR applies a graduated enforcement approach based on the nature and severity of the violation:
- Warning — For first-time, minor, or unintentional violations, MobilitySQR will issue a written warning with a specified remediation period
- Temporary suspension — For repeated violations or moderate-severity incidents, account access may be temporarily suspended pending investigation and resolution
- Permanent termination — For severe violations, including fraud, illegal activity, or actions that endanger other customers or the platform, accounts will be permanently terminated without prior warning
MobilitySQR reserves the right to skip enforcement stages in cases of serious or egregious violations. Any decision to suspend or terminate an account may be appealed by contacting info@mobilitysqr.com within 14 days of notification.
